Hey. I like Chili's. I have been eating there for many years, but the last few times I have been to this particular establishment in Jensen Beach, I've been a little disappointed. The food seems to have gone down in quality over the past year or so. You don't know how it pains me so to say that, because I have always really liked Chili's food! Also, last night's service was very poor. Our waitress checked on us very few times, and we had to track her down to get drink refills, extra dressing, and finally, to-go boxes. It was a Wednesday night, and not too busy. Plus you could really tell she would have rather been anywhere but there. And last week on a separate occasion, the food runner basically threw our food at us in a huff for no reason. I was pretty heated over it at the time, but luckily my margarita came soon after and I calmed down after that. If either of these occasions had been my first visit, I would give 2 stars, but since I have been coming here for quite a while and have had great food and great service many times, I'll bump it up to 3. But don't think I haven't noticed that the food quality is diminishing, Chili's-People!!! Colorful glossy menus and snazzy new menu items are not going to mask to us "regulars" the fact that the food quality is going downhill. And why are some of your employees so angsty?? Management should take steps to correct this, ASAP. I'm sure I'll be back to this Chili's in the not-so-distant future. I'll update and let the Yelp community know how my service was.

Horrible lunch. Salad was NOT fresh. Buffalo chicken was refrigerator cold -- not cooked to order. Staff said they'd get me a new one but we went to lunch to eat together, not separately. Very disappointing. Won't come back to Chills. This was the 3rd time we've been to Chilis and have learned our lesson.

Downhill, that's I can say. DON'T order to go! Cold food, out of sight out of mind. If you do, check your order over a few times. It's very loud and has turned VERY ghetto. Not the cleanest and the food is far from the freshest. They are understaffed, and the staff comes off as miserable.

Great place to go if you're looking for the saltiest possible way to make food. Hey, I like salt but this is ridiculous. Oh, and if you want to experience what it means to be ignored, sit in the bar. Once you're lucky enough to actually get served, say goodbye to to your server because you'll never see them again. Your food will get dropped off by a runner and from that point you're in your own. Don't make the mistake of drinking everything in your glass too quickly or you'll be gasping for moisture by the time you've finished your salt lick. If your food isn't prepared to your liking, eat the parts you can stomach because there's no way you're ever gonna get what you want and the only thing you'll really want is to get out of this noisy, clammy money pit. When you finally see your server, minutes before you're about to give up out if desperation, she'll be slamming the bill on the table while asking how everything was and if you enjoyed your meal. You'll say "great" just to get the process over and because you already know one cares or will listen.

The staff always seems to be overwhelmed or under staffed. Never get drink refills on the 3 times I've been there with my family. See the waitress or waiter in the beginning for food and drinks then at the end for check. The food is good, the atmosphere, and attitude from staff is okay. Will not be back to the Jensen beach chilis. Stuart is way better all around.

Well we came in and manager John greeted us after waiting a few mins and then said, "let me get someone to seat you." Then we waited and John went and sat down! We didn't feel that was great cust service. Food came and triple play appetizer was not good. I asked name of manager it was John. I guess they told him I asked the name of mgr I didn't say why but a few min later he comes by and asks how everything was. We said not good and he acknowledged the fried pickles were not cooked properly - super soggy. "He said sorry can we make u a new one?" I said no we were full from chips and the meal was not good so having more didn't sound good. He said with a big smile"ok" and walked away and that was that! We love Chilis but this location not good and wasn't impressed with management.

The new onion rings are wonderful :) I really like the choices on their 2 for $20, they now have fajitas as a choice! The staff is very friendly and attentive... Chili's is always a great choice!

My first experience at Chili's it was ok. Service was good, but food came out cold. when I looked in my drink there was something in it floating around. Definitely will not go back.

Food was good, haven't been there in a while and the menu had changed a bit. The service was not good at all. We ordered water that tasted unfiltered and anyone with taste buds knows what unfiltered Florida water tastes like. Our waiter was very inattentive, it took us nearly 20 minutes for him to take our order. The food came out fast, but or waiter explained how when it's busy the kitchen staff falls apart. I didn't think that was appropriate. The next time we saw our waiter it was about ten minutes after we finished eating, we ordered dessert and waited patiently for twenty more minutes before another waitress checked on us and we finally got our dessert. All in all we spent over a hour and a half which was too long for our tastes. Food I would give 4 stars to but because of the staff it gets only a 2 star.

If you like processed chicken then chilis is the place for you. Consider chilis as fast food quality that serves alcohol. Chilis used to be pretty decent.....that was about 3 years ago until corporate America decided to cut costs drastically....I hope it comes back to haunt them. I wouldn't even give my dog this food. They even took away servers unless you sit at the bar which is where I was......ps. I accidentally hit the star button and can't figure out how to delete it.

I have been going to Chili's for about 15 years or more. I recently went to this location and I can promise you I will never ever go back. My waiter's finger nails were black and disgusting. he stunk like he was sitting in a small room with about 50 people smoking in it. I like clean service. It actually was so severe and disgusting i vomited my food in the bathroom. I did not finish my dish nor did I finish my drink. Worst experience ever and on top of it I contacted cooperate and they never even responded. On that note I am now a loyal customer of Fridays.
